The filthiest among the worse creation "Imaam Abu Daawud (rahimahullaah) reported in Masaa-il Ahmad from Abdullaah Ibn Muhammad As-Suhaib that he said: ‘The sitters amongst the khawaarij (i.e. the Qa-adiyyah-those who instigate the fighting but do not actually participate) are the filthiest of the khawaarij." The Messenger of Allaah (Sallaahu Alaihi wasalam) said about Khawarij "they are the worst of creation” and “Dogs of hellfire” Khawarij are from ahlul-Bid’ah ( people of innovation) extreme groups among muslim, some major scholars declared them as disbelievers (non-muslim), and they are originated from the hypocrite heritage. Example of the modern Khawarij such as ISIS, al-qaeedah and all extremism and terrorist groups. The Qa-adiyyah are some of ahlul-Bid’ah public speakers, those whom speak ill to the Muslim rulers, also encouraging Muslim to rebal against the Muslim rulers by speech or writing and spreading the methodology of the Khawarij,, which causes million people to be dead including Muslim and non-Muslim, we did see what happened in Egypt, Syria, Yemen and other Muslim countries, and still continue in some parts. Example of the modern Qa-adiyyah such as ikhwani political groups and many similar sects and groups. Allaah commands us to obey the Muslim rulers "O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad Salahu Alaihi wasakam), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority..." [Quran, 004, Verse 59] Also Prophet (Sallaahu Alaihi wasalam) informed us to not rebal against the Muslim rulers, but those Qa-adiyyah and khawarij no matter what evidence from Quran and Sunnah bring for them they do not accept it unless Allaah opens their heart and guide them back to authentic Islam. Prophet (Sallaahu Alaihi wasalam) said: “Rulers after me will come who do not follow my guidance and my tradition (sunnah). Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body.” I said, “O Messenger of Allah, what should I do if I live to see that time?” The Prophet said, “You should listen and obey them even if the ruler strikes your back and takes your wealth, even still listen and obey.” (Saheeh Muslim, 1847) Therefore do not deceive by Qa-adiyyah speakers and do not listen to them, indeed they are human devil and liars they are The filthiest among the worse creation And do not look dawn upon those from ahlus-Sunnah from those who were major sinners are they are much better than them, Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (died 241H) said: “The graves of ahlus-Sunnah from those who were major sinners are a garden [of delight], whilst the graves of ahlul-Bid’ah from those who were the pious ascetics are a pit [of fire]. Shaykh Al-Albānī رحمه الله said: "Those who infer the rebellions of Aishah رضي الله عنها and some of the Sahābah رضي الله عنهم as justification to rebel - is evidence against themselves, because there was no benefit from the Sahābah's رضي الله عنهم rebellion. Second, why do we hold on to the rebellion of Sa'īd Ibn Jubāir رضي الله عنه and we don't hold on to the Senior Sahābah, such as Ibn Umar and others رضي الله عنهم who didn't rebel? There are two types of rebellion; the intellectual rebellion and this is more dangerous; and the physical rebellion which is the result of the first one. Thus all of the Scholars of the Salāf hold the impermissibility of rebelling against the Muslim ruler." This is only one of our contemporary Salāfi Scholars who CLEARLY destroyed the doubts and lies of the Khawārij Qa'idiyyah! I would request the dogs of the Hellfire to name us your scholars, but they're bankrupt of scholars and evidence!

Firstly, you've assumed I haven't/don't. Secondly, the next part of your comment that you don't know how this is a matter of aqidah and you're asking how, shows that because you don't understand it then it can't be true since that was built upon the first part of your comment which is an accusation that I should learn proper aqidah, so there is something I understand which is incorrect regarding aqidah. Now that we've addressed the way you've approached the question, before dealing with the question I will advise that we humble ourselves. That both you and I do not know everything and we could err. If I err, advise me with evidences and speech of the scholars explaining this, and vice versa. May allah open our hearts to guidance and grant us success So the answer to your question is in the books of the salaf. Shamsi has listed MANY books of the salaf, not in fiqh, books of aqidah in which the likes of imam Ahmed said specifically at the start of his writing "usool us-sunnati 'indanaa" the foundations of the sunnah with us are... Then he lists roughly 50 points. What he means by sunnah is aqidah as the scholars who have explained his speech have clarified. Also, imam Al barbahaari also alludes to this in his first point in sharh us sunnah stating Islam is the sunnah and the sunnah is Islam. So we understand imam Ahmed's speech to mean "the foundations of the religion of Islam with us are..." the point "us" here is a reference to the people of hadith, ahlul hadeeth. The proof for that is the start of aqeedatul raaziyayn and ijmaa' of imam Al kirmaani in which they said they travelled to MULTIPLE different lands and all the scholars were upon these same point later mentioned in their books, ALL mentioning that it was impermissible to rebel against the ruler. All books of aqidah This all stems from narrations of the prophet mentioning that we should hear and obey etc etc etc (all in the video, part one and two. I highly recommend listening to it all). So we believe the prophet mentioned these things, no doubt. So it is aqidah that we believe the prophet mentioned these things. This is another angle Another is that from the signs of those who oppose the people of sunnah is that they bring opposite to this, which is rebelling against the Muslim ruler. So the point of belief which differentiates us from them is believing one can rebel against the Muslim ruler. I hope this clarified things for you brother Umar, may Allah bless you. No need to accuse people of not learning proper aqidah. If you genuinely want to learn, ask and inshaa'allah someone can aid you in understanding. In another narration the prophet said "no, up until you see clear disbelief from them from that which Allah has sent down (stating it is disbelief" As for the Quran then Allah said in surah Aali Imran "obey Allah, obey the messenger and those in authority over you" and as qataada (the student of ibn abbas) mentioned: those in authority over you are the leaders and the scholars Upon us is to follow the narrations, upon the understanding of the salaf, even if the people turn to hate us. As following the truth to attain Allah's love is more beloved to us than to follow other than the truth to attain the people's love. Thus it is contrary to Islam, because rule is for Allaah, the Most High, the Almighty, and it is not permissible to give legislative rights to any human being, no matter who he is. It says in Mawsoo’at al-Adyaan wa’l-Madhaahib al-Mu’aasirah (2/1066, 1067): Undoubtedly the democratic system is one of the modern forms of shirk, in terms of obedience and following, or legislation, as it denies the sovereignty of the Creator and His absolute right to issue laws, and ascribes that right to human beings. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “You do not worship besides Him but only names which you have named (forged) - you and your fathers - for which Allaah has sent down no authority. The command (or the judgement) is for none but Allaah. He has commanded that you worship none but Him (i.e. His Monotheism); that is the (true) straight religion, but most men know not” [Yoosuf 12:40] “The decision is only for Allaah” [al-An’aam 6:57] Secondly: The one who understands the true nature of the democratic system and the ruling thereon, then he nominates himself or someone else (for election) is approving of this system, and is working with it, is in grave danger, because the democratic system is contrary to Islam and approving of it and participating in it are actions that imply apostasy and being beyond the pale of Islam. But as for the one who nominates himself or nominates others in this system in order to join the parliament and enjoin good and forbid evil, and establish proof against them, and reduce its evil and corruption as much as he can, so that people of corruption and disbelievers in Allaah will not have free rein to spread mischief in the land and spoil people’s worldly interests and religious commitment, this is a matter that is subject to ijtihaad, according to the interests that it is hoped will be served by that. Some scholars are even of the view that getting involved in these elections is obligatory. Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about the ruling on elections, and he replied: I think that elections are obligatory; we should appoint the one who we think is good, because if the good people abstain, who will take their place? Evil people will take their place, or neutral people in whom there is neither good nor evil, but they follow everyone who makes noise. So we have no choice but to choose those who we think are fit. If someone were to say: We chose someone but most of the parliament are not like that, We say: It does not matter. If Allaah blesses this one person and enables him to speak the truth in this parliament, he will undoubtedly have an effect. But what we need is to be sincere towards Allaah and the problem is that we rely too much on physical means and we do not listen to what Allaah says. So nominate the one who you think is good, and put your trust in Allaah. End quote. From Liqaa’aat al-Baab al-Maftooh, no. 210 The scholars of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas were asked: Is it permissible to vote in elections and nominate people for them? Please note that our country is ruled according to something other than that which Allaah revealed? They replied: It is not permissible for a Muslim to nominate himself in the hope that he can become part of a system which rules according to something other than that which Allaah has revealed and operates according to something other than the sharee’ah of Islam. It is not permissible for a Muslim to vote for him or for anyone else who will work in that government, unless the one who nominates himself or those who vote for him hope that by getting involved in that they will be able to change the system to one that operates according to the sharee’ah of Islam, and they are using this as a means to overcome the system of government, provided that the one who nominates himself will not accept any position after being elected except one that does not go against Islamic sharee’ah. End quote. Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz, Shaykh ‘Abd al-Razzaaq ‘Afeefi, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Ghadyaan, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Qa’ood. Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (23/406, 407 They were also asked: As you know, here in Algeria we have what are called legislative elections. There are parties which call for Islamic rule, and there are others that do not want Islamic rule. What is the ruling on one who votes for something other than Islamic rule even though he prays? They replied: The Muslims in a country that is not governed according to Islamic sharee’ah should do their utmost and strive as much as they can to bring about rule according to Islamic sharee’ah, and they should unite in helping the party which is known will rule in accordance with Islamic sharee’ah. As for supporting one who calls for non-implementation of Islamic sharee’ah, that is not permissible, rather it may lead a person to kufr, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “And so judge (you O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) among them by what Allaah has revealed and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they turn you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) far away from some of that which Allaah has sent down to you. And if they turn away, then know that Allaah’s Will is to punish them for some sins of theirs. And truly, most of men are Faasiqoon (rebellious and disobedient to Allaah). 50. Do they then seek the judgement of (the days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgement than Allaah for a people who have firm Faith” [al-Maa'idah 5:49-50]. Hence when Allaah stated that those who do not rule in accordance with Islamic sharee’ah are guilty of kufr, He warned against helping them or taking them as allies or close friends, and He commanded the believers to fear Him if they were truly believers. He says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! Take not as Awliyaa’ (protectors and helpers) those who take your religion as a mockery and fun from among those who received the Scripture (Jews and Christians) before you, and nor from among the disbelievers; and fear Allaah if you indeed are true believers” [al-Maa’idah 5:57] And Allaah is the Source of strength. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. End quote. I have a question; Did Muhammad ibn Abdil Wahhab and the Saud family rebel against the Ottoman ruler at their time which ultimately resulted in the destruction of the Khilafa? I am not asking this to stir up fitnah, but since I come from a turkish family and I try to promote the correct manhaj among them, it is important that I have independent proof that they a) didnt rebel against the ruler, b)they did, but they were wrong for doing it or c) whatever took place. And that if they do not remain patient, and revolt, they will subject themselves to tribulations and various types of harms an punishments.This ʿAbd al-Ḥayy Yūsuf has made taʾwīl of the ḥadīths in a manner through which he traverses the way of the Khārijites, past and present. The ḥadīth, “Hear and obey, even if he strikes your back and takes your wealth.” When the ruler strikes your back due to a prescribed or disciplinary punishment then he is not an oppressor. Rather, he is being just and establishing the truth in this case. And the person who has been subject to such punishment or discipline should be grateful for being purified of sin. So how can someone come alone and interpret this ḥadīth to mean: Hear and obey him if he takes strikes your back in truth and takes your wealth in truth. Meaning, this ḥadīth only applies to situations where the ruler does this in truth, when he is legally justified in striking your back and taking your wealth (in zakāh)! I'm not sure i quite understand. Please clarify. Are you saying that hadith means that the word "strike your back". Is only meant for when the ruler does so with a justifyable reason, or can he do so without reason. Please clarify as i am confused. Thank you.

@@redx11x its about obeying him regardless of the reason why he strikes your back. You obey him unless he specifically tells you to do that which you know is disobedience to Allah and then you don't obey him in that specific command... apart from that, you obey the Muslim rulers and don't revolt against them, as Shamsi explains in this and his previous refutation against Haji and Dr G.
