One thing not many people catch is what the "suits you" line really means. Essentially, Victor had a childhood sweetheart in Latveria, with the two loving each other dearly until adulthood. Then Victor went to America for College, and left her behind as a result, severing their relationship. Flash-forward to his current self in the 2000's I think, and he re-connected with her...solely for the purpose of enacting a magic spell that he used to turn her into his armor to boost his magic, literally making her into his skin/suit. Absolute slaughter for Doof.

Eddies version of Dr Doom is a mix between Marvels Dr Doom and famous rapper from the 90s-00s MF DOOM, whose persona was inspired in dr doom, The Rhymes Like Dymes and the All Caps verses are MF DOOM tracks, also that one part of dooms second verse is in reference to MF DOOMs album MM.. FOOD. That's why in Dooms design the mask is different (it's MF DOOMS mask). In the paper, when doof is talking about ointments, the MF is also a reference. Maybe when Doof says ¨Victor Van Doom¨ its a reference to Victor Vaughn, one of MF DOOMs aliases, but that might be a stretch

12:11 it’s actually funnier/worse. Doofs parents were really poor, to the point where the much beloved Garden Gnome they used to protect their crops was repossessed by the company that gave it to them due to missed payments. So Doof was forced to be the garden gnome, standing completely silent and not moving for days on end to replace the lost family possession. 12:33 it’s also a double reference to Doof’s hatred of kickball, because, as with most things in his life, he was awful at it as a child while his brother was amazing. At one point, the only run he would ever score was stolen from him because he stood in front of home base, without crossing it, gloating at Roger that he finally scored. Since he never crossed the base, Roger was able to get the ball and tag him out, ruining his “heroic” moment.

Doof’s lack of skill at kickball, despite his repeated attempts to get better at it, was one of the many ways he longed for his mother’s affection.
