Yes!! I also believe that having a routine is helpful in feeling confident, it is also good for mental health. It helped me in life, i feel happier, more confident, more calm and even my mental health. My friends always say na, blooming daw ako na para daw akong inlove, i said yes, na nainlove ako sa sarili ko cause mas na appreciate ko sarili ko. This was a good Q & A. I always have a positive outlook every morning when I wake up. I always pray before bed and say thank you to God for a great day! Ashley's right about what she said. And if you have friends that make comments or hear stuff that is being said, about you. You shouldn't be friends with them and just ignore what they say about you because you know yourself and you know that it's not true. Just be you and always be kind.

Sometimes po kase like my own experience, right after i graduated from college sobrang taas ng expectations ng parents ko na mabibigyan ko sila ng magandang bahay at kotse then business without them knowing na im their eldest daughter out of four kids.
