This made my experience as a reading fan significantly more tense. Especially as our entire club seems to constantly be on the verge of collapse I really don't know if I could have handled losing to Harborough.

Actually, he last played in a European top flight for B-SAD in Portugal's league in 21/22. They got relegated that season and then again the following season, however failed to obtain a license for the 3rd division after merging with another team for that season so now play in a regional league which I believe is the equivalent of the 6th tier (and Portugal's lowest level on the pyramid for the district they play in). That team was formed itself as a split from historical side Belenenses, essentially a legal offshoot of the sports club that owned just the football section (as far as I can tell). The sports club own the stadium and their historical trophies but the football team took the sports club's players and their place in the Portuguese top flight. Apparently no one really likes B-SAD and all consider Belenseses the real team. I think B-SAD is to MK Dons what Belenseses is to AFC Wimbledon (although the relocation wasn't really that far at all, less than 3 miles as the crow flies across the bay Lisbon overlooks)

Hey Zealand, love the content and appreciate the awareness you bring to the game. Not sure where you can submit saves but I just won a quadruple in ‘33/‘34 with Brighton after a little over 10 seasons (UCL, EFL, FA, EPL). Sandro did appear to pull a muscle and to be honest he was probably the worst player out there lol. Guy could barely move. But the match was an absolute classic, insane that it wasn’t selected for TV. Harborough classy and gave it their all. Also Harborough were ridiculously close to winning 4-3 at the end of normal time 🫣
