You have to take into account the handle arrow release ,iv fitted mine to my compound bow and set the draw to 29 inch draw , that is the sweet spot for me, the arrow is also a little shorter, compound bows weren't my thing until I had this as I didn't want to keep messing around with a release aid the magazine also solved that one cbeing that its permanently attached ...awesome bit of kit, and lots of fun ,my biggest problem now is getting enough replacement nocks due to crazy tight groups ,hope this helps
