Well you shoulda heard & saw him perform back when he was a child star, in his family act, "Little Cedric & The Hailey Singers", where he & Joel (Jo-Jo) were thee only kids in the group, the rest were their relatives & "framily", consisting of their Dad, Uncles & family friends who were great singers in their own right. I remember when they came north back in the 80s to my home church, CEDRIC TORE THAT CHURCH DOWN, NOT JUST W/HIS AMAZING VOICE BUT W/HIS MINISTRY, BCUZ LORD KNOWS HIS LITTLE PRE-TEENAGED SELF MINISTERED TO US THAT SUNDAY. That man was BORN w/a CALLING on his life & that's why the devil was after him so desperately when he transferred over to secular from Gospel.... he brought THOUSANDS of people to God during his time in gospel & he'll go down in history as 1 of the BEST VOICES OF OUR TIME & 1 OF THEE BEST "SANGERS" & PERFORMERS TO EVER DO IT, IN BOTH GOSPEL & RNB!!!!!!!!
