WTF? Did you not see his latest interviews? He admitted to being problematic as a teen by drinking and being spoiled. He has never blamed the music industry for his career not developing into adulthood. By the time he released his 3rd album, his singing style was dated and so was the album.. The market had turn to Hip Hop and Popular music by 1996.

He looks n appears happy n fufilled by the fan love on stage. An earpiece vs putting his finger in his ear may or may not have been his choice; which seems like the former, since his bandmates are all gear'd up on stage on site. He's been doing these songs too many times to count, so at this rate, it's like who cares about gear, n for he made up with it by not just his energetic high pitched vocals (Especially on his hugest throwback classic hits) but also his relatable/humbling/sincere demeanor on stage. This icon DESERVES a fancier production though with wardrobe, a suitable custom earpiece to his liking, etc. Also he still has that radio voice, to maybe a Generation Z artist; can sample one of his biggest hits, along with a feature of him on the track n such. He's worth it, n overall, it's refreshing to see him smile again; after all he's been through.

Wish there will come a day when the world will not compare people to others. TC is the best at being a brilliant singer. Went to see him in Charlotte, NC. Dec. '22. I hope Tevin takes his time putting together his new music. It will be worth the wait. In the meantime, Tevin can come right back on tour in 2023, 2024 with another set from his catalog and I will be there. Start the show with Tomorrow. Also do I'm Ready and Knocks Me Off My Feet. I really would appreciate seeing Tevin on his own tour. I've seen all my musical legends throughout the years (a bunch of them) with the exception of Aretha. She came to WolfTrap the week after I saw Diana Ross. So sorry I missed Aretha. One of my best friends went though. When I go to concerts I'm deep into the music, so I totally agree with you. 🎶💙

Wow! I remember Tevin when he was just a kid singing with my niece in a group that Papa Q produced…The Popcorn Kids. He sang lead, and basically it was just kind of an introduction of Tevin to the world. I knew that this kid was special and would go far. Good job Tevin!
