So sweet to see these two together again! I had no idea Olivia was on American Dreams, I loved that show!! I wish it'd get picked up by a streaming service. And can I say, how strong of Brittany to continue to flourish all while going through the Alzheimer's journey with her father, ugh girl, massive hugs, you're doing amazing

my goodness, you guys always feel like therapy but brittany talking about her dad really really got me weeping. my dad has a degenerative brain disease and even though we can be grateful for the slow progression, it’s so so very hard to navigate through. thank you to each of you for your vulnerability + olivia’s so right, it’s the connection! 😭 then, wobby wob got me laughing out loud, at the end. thank you for this really special, hard, relatable conversation! 🙏🏼

American Dreams is truly an iconic tv show that I wish had more seasons. The idea behind it was absolutely incredible. The story. The acting. The guest stars? Just one of my ALL TIME favorite tv series.

This episode was really great, I like Rachel and Olivia but a lot of the time I feel like the guests are parents as well and the only perspective being represented are from parents wich I can't really relate to since I'm a single woman, 37, with no kids (at least yet). It was nice to see Brittany Snow giving her perspective from a point a view that more represents my own situation with that stuff.

29:25 we know what she’s talking about and it’s true disgusting because it’s been multiple place. Like sure some of us wanna know if she’s back with her baby daddy because in certain places. It’s mixed signals especially when she said “it’s just us” in sentences but like the last podcast she was all about Hayden in the whole talk about jumper. So we know it’s NONE of our business, but has a listener, it’s confusing because it’s like is it a healthy two single parents who just co parenting or not. Especially if she had to explain she only wears that ring because she likes the fashion. But the end of the day they’re human and she has a child to protect and same goes for Hayden. As for a phone my parents were the same it was no social media and only call my parents or emergency services. Because of all the crazy things on it

Exactly. And while we do discuss possibilities (outside of that one person she's mentioning), we do so bc we want them to be happy. I am starting to think they aren't "single parents", but they just live in separate houses so each has their own space, good for them. Whenever she mentions it, she always says "it's just us in the house". With the rings discussion it was a perfect opportunity for her to say she wasn't in a relationship at all, but that didn't happen & there's been several episodes as well as the interview with Kurt & Katie where there's indication she's not single. Again, conjecture, but only coming from a place of support.

@@jlancerx I think they just has to be like an easier way as the listener to understand when it comes down to that because when she’s in interviews about her relationship status or what she’s doing for a coparenting it’s just really confusing to follow along. I think there has to be some kind of clarification without getting super personal. I know in an article that she just recently had for the 21 seeds campaign that she did get asked a question about her and Hayden . And she said “we’re in a good place”. So maybe they just have a healthy coparent relationship. Where sometimes it seems like otherwise🤷🏻‍♀️. Because I’m thinking that if she really wasn’t a single mom, you can tell by her body language. Especially when she says stuff about it’s just her and her daughter. Someone could pick up it. But who knows we’re not Them. But as a listener sometimes it’s just hard to follow .

@@sithrae2247I don't think there really is a way for clarification without it getting wicked personal. Like if it happened, I'm sure we'd love to hear about that journey of healing & growth but that's too deep for a public forum, that's none of our business. As for her body language, if you notice whenever anything like her relationship status comes up or talking about a relationship coming back together like in the episode with Pete, she gets incredibly still and complete poker face. And to be frank, since she's done the whole fake relationships to mess with the press thing(hilarious btw), I don't know if I'd actually believe anything short of seeing Hayden with someone new, which also has not happened. So we'll just have to keep guessing and it is what it is. Support them no matter what though.

@@jlancerx yeah I just think that there has to be a way without getting like crazy(because of people) to do like what she did with the ring situation. I’m just coming from listener standpoint because it’s just confusing. No matter what they’re both in their 40s and they have a kid together. coparenting is what they agreed upon there’s nothing that we can change about that. Just grateful that both of them are being mature enough to raise their kid together so their kid isn’t affected. Just because their parents may or may not be together anymore. Just trying to follow along when they do discuss relationships and all of that, it’s just a little difficult to follow along.

32:00 I don't know why Olivia keeps trying to take such a grounded conversation into the land of make believe - spirituality... There was so much honesty, love and connection going on with Britney and then she just ruins the whole vibe. . It's really driving me nuts

Not sure where else to put this, but you guys will figure out I'm that one dude. Name changes kind of made me go...."Chee, that might be me." Apologies if my multiple comments in the last few KZbin episode threads might have freaked anyone out, like scratching your head if it's some stalker or something. First, I understand. There are scary people in the world and I've laid out scary issues in myself online if you went certain places. I'm really not one for censoring myself, for better or worse. The irony here (of which you would have no idea and I'm not putting on you in any way) is I did something and it had fans and I was almost killed by a psycho one, so the idea I could worry someone else horrifies me for them to feel that way. Two, there is a story behind the imagery that no stranger would be able to tell, it's really all for me and I never filled the public in at places like KZbin, that all makes sense in a less sinister way than likely assumed. Don't worry. I'd surprise you by how easygoing and laughing that I am in general. But I am a stranger to you and my wife constantly warns me that how, online and off, I instantly talk to people like I've known them forever freaks most people out (and likely certified nutjob who tried to off me years back was egged on by my friendliness) . Linda's always telling me to not be so casual or curious with people. Combine that with you not knowing where the imagery is coming from....Well, you were probably contemplating restraining orders. Well, again, apologies. I'm going to stop commenting after this post, as well. Two reasons. Again, horrified at the idea anyone with any celebrity would be worried and I brought it about, as well as I was just going with the flow replying (got some ADD) and never meant to overwhelm your thread and take away any attention from other fan's posts by sheer volume. So other than this little bits of explaining (seriously, you'd have laughed at the idea if you ever thought I could be some scary threat had you known me and the reasons bwhind things like music playlists, etc) I'll leave you to your business. Never my intent to disturb. I'm a big believer in the weirdness of fate and life threads and how strange I ended up watching that kind little girl from way back and then the podcast hooked me, that simple. My wife was laughing, she obviously gets my humor that may or may not always translate to print, about that last post on telling Rob good night. 😄 To conclude, I'm not bothered or offended in any way and your concerns with what you could see with what little info you had was understandable. I'll stop posting. Still going to be watching the podcast. 😁 The main point was don't worry. I was the furthest thing from any kind of danger. Remember, online is very limited and controlled in what's shown, never indicative of the full story. Okay, sorry also my posts were always so friggin' long. I write fast and think too much, so it happens. 🤷‍♂️ And may Olivia know this scary boogieman 😵‍💫 still throws out good vibes to the universe in keeping bullies away from her kid. I really hate bullies. Aaaaand....out.

Rest easy, it wasn't you, there's the individual that comments on almost every post she makes and antagonizes every other person that comments claiming bad things about Rachel and trying to convince others that Hayden isn't Briar's father. She gets blocked and then comes back with another account.
