seqr: Variant search
In genomic data analysis, search parameters or filters allow users to prioritize the review of variants meeting certain criteria (i.e. variants that are extremely rare in the general population). This tutorial will provide an overview of the different filters that can be applied to sequencing data in seqr, as well as our recommended search parameters for rare disease analysis.
