It reminds me of a town in CT where I lived as a child (but on the proverbial wrong side of the tracks). It was quite safe, too, especially since most of the people there had more than enough money to insulate themselves from the problems that caused all the festering anger in other areas. However, what I've seen of newspaper articles recently seems to show that even they are getting their share of trouble these days.
