I personally love 'big' 80's hair although at 71 and only 5 feet tall, I need to tamp down that inclination a bit lol because it can be overpowering. You happen to have a great 'touch' with wigs. You make them all look good instinctively. But Broadway just looks great on you. I used to love watching you 'mess with' your Broadways and make them your own. Really good to see you back anyway!!

Oh Melynda, it has not been easy this go around. I stopped wearing wigs when the world shut down because I had no place to go and no reason to wear wigs. Than a horrible, traumatic life event changed my entire life and I found myself like a fish out of water and without an identity! Its taken me this long to find my way back to life and I've had to pull the trigger on wearing wigs full time in my life again. I still don't have all of my confidence back but I am hopeful that I will find my footing and get back to making videos that are still fun for you to watch. Oh Kate, I am really rusty and I cringed when I watched it back - I almost didn't post it but I I have been prolonging my Come Back far too long so I just uploaded it. Your not coming off bossy in any way. I always welcome feed back and constructive criticism. My live is so completely different from what it ever was before that I am still struggling to find my identify now here. I live two roommates and they have a Yorkie that is real barky! I was trying to keep it down so I wouldn't arouse their dog and have them coming back to check and see what the noise was about and interrupt me during the middle of it all. I will figure it out. One of them is usually always home when I am but I will find my footing and get back in the swing of things. Quick question for you - do you think I should take this video down??? That shield has held me hostage for so long! I quit wearing wigs when the world shut down because I had no where to go and no reason to wear one. I'm losing all of my hair again and have had to get back on the journey but that shield scared me to death. Pulling the trigger and biting the bullet all over again has been just as it hard as it was initially! I believe I mention you as one of my inspirations in my very first video on KZbin where I introduce myself and talk about my inspiration. It was really helpful for me because I binge watced videos for like 6 months before I got my first wig. I really felt like I knew what to do when I got it! I think many ladies are afraid to mess with their wig and they think you just put it on and it should be perfect but as we know, that's not the case! You and Jill Lynn Beauty were really helpful to me in those early days! 💗💗💗 Showgirl is my favorite workay because it's not too long and then Vamp is just VaVaVoom long and gorgeous for going out or special events when you really want to that glamorous look! I have to agree with you Marie, it think it being thinner does make it look more natural in appearance. I know a lot of us feel the need to "thin" a wig, not now, not with this one. I have Glamour and I'd be interested to see what you do with her. I can't decide what hair to wear on Christmas Day. Lately my go to hair has been Cameron by Rene of Paris, the best plop and go, but I'll probably end up in my Raquel Welch with lace front and mono (The good occasion only wig). Heat defiants are definitely more work to maintain.

Hi Dianne, I was really afraid the shield was going to knock it back or knock it completely off each time I put it on and take it off. It honestly held me hostage for so long that I just live in such panic over even trying it! I am so glad to be back in the wig family. Hello and thank you so much for watching! I have tried lace fronts but don't really care for them as much because the lace can be itchy for me and it gets gunked up with makeup. Do you think the front on this is pretty noticable? I often wonder how easy it is to tell on ones without a lace front...

@@DawnStamper I can tell, but I'm Black and I know sometimes we notice more than others because we we're used to seeing different wigs. I personally don't wear any, but my sister does. I know there are some lace fronts that require no cutting, and there are also headband wigs. I'm looking into those for myself just to play around with different hair colors and styles. A lot of companies will also sponsor you and send free products. It'd be nice if you got a sponsorship so you have more wigs to try and others with your condition can see what they're like.

I just die from how itchy it is on me - I can't even get out the door before yanking it off! I don't know how to make it soft enough to wear even for an hour! Im looking at Mane Attraction wigs longer lengths but what color to chose ? Mane Attraction Nutmeg is a tinge on the Auburn side of life and it's a little different in a straighter style like Hollywood then curly like Broadway... I could never face any of it without Jesus over the years.
