I have been there very briefly back in the 80's ! A very very charming ,magical town / village ! I didn't realize that it was that huge area ( if I wanna walk through all ,it'll be literally all day !!! Or two days ! Lol. 11 miles !?? ) .I am planning to go to Wales w/ mom & visit England as well & Cotswold is definitely included there & Cornwall !!! Hopefully a day or two in Scotland & Ireland ,too !👍👍 We're hoping we can visit Italy ( our dreams to go there together ,we have been separately ! )& Hungry ( mom has been to ,but not me ! ) !!! I lived in Broadway in 1971 in the days of Sir Gerald Nabaro MP.He had a very fast Jaguar XJ6 regd.no. NAB 1 and a pet prawn called Eric.

MOST PEOPLE HERE ARE VISITORS, SADLY, MOST OF THESE ATTRACTIVE COTTAGES ARE 2ND HOMES, OWNED BY THE RICH, WHO ONLY SHOW-UP OCCASIONALLY IE. WEEKENDS.

Some cater to tourists, some are self-employed working from home, many retired, some work in nearby towns such as Evesham, Worcester or Cheltenham.

@@garyandrews6734 OK,I was generalising, but in recent times, the rich and famous have moved into the Cotswolds etc,, big-time. It has become fashionable to do so. Hardly surprising. Week-end cottages in popular places have always caused problems for local young, forcing up prices. Cornwall has banned such sales.

It’s mainly tourists I live there and there are lots of rentals and holiday but other houses for people who live there. Also people I think mainly travel out of the village

David N. Goodchild: Broadway is in Worcestershire. Midsomer Murders was filmed somewhat further to the south-east, at places in the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
