So when you add the filtering compound to the oil and then drain it to clean, you pump the oil back in an add oil to proper line. Is it safe to use that same oil when the compound was in it..

Yes, the filtering compound is food-safe! The filtering compound will help polish the oil and remove contaminates which will extend your useful oil life.

Thank you for your comment but we would have to disagree. A LOT of fast food places hand-bread their chicken. Granted not McDonalds or Burger King. But Popeyes, KFC, Chick-fil-A... they all hand-bread fresh chicken in their kitchens.
