Loved seeing the markets again. I travelled around France a few years ago, and filled my car to the brim with so many finds. Such a wonderful memory. Living in New Zealand now makes me miss this more and more. Thank you for sharing xx

So glad that I found your vlog. You present beautifully. I like the fact that you look at items regardless of their provenance and see the beauty of the simplicity. I also love that you don’t feel the need to be historically accurate, which is impossible you just design great spaces.

Really enjoyed seeing the book. I love the appreciation of well loved items and heirlooms. So much of decorating has been about the new and sleek and it just doesn't appeal to me. I have almost nothing from my family heritage, but my husband has inherited many amazing pieces. There is just starting to be a renewal of appreciation for the vintage to antique items in America. About two years ago I decided to do mismatched rose dinner and floral plates for everyday use. They're all vintage antique and are so amazing to use, every time I pull out a dish I smile. I found all of them at the flea market shops. I would love to do brocante shopping in France you have beautiful things we don't find here, especially the pottery pots.

Hello lovely, I’ve just come across your channel and you’re helping me get really excited for my move to the French country in September. I can’t wait! We’ve got farmhouse style home with loads of non invasive ivy on it. It’s my dream come true. I have the same book from Hans! So much inspiration and everything I like to use to decorate with. Your brocante boutique is everything I love...can’t wait to see more of your channel!

It was indeed a rainy summer, wasn’t it? What a beautiful space you have. I hope your Norwegian client has been able to visit now that travel restrictions have let up! Wonderful tips, I’ll have to apply them to some of the vide-grenier finds I took home this summer.

Madame, I don’t understand this concept of putting stuff in things, like an old box ? However thank you as we say on the island, for your endeavours into the unknown. Thank you Madame.

Can you give prices at the brocante
@FrenchCountryLife3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the items. Are you on Instagram? You can follow me there on @frenchvintagestyle_com I do not have an online shop at the moment so the best way to see available items and get info on prices is on instagram.

Hoi Marloes. Ik haal heel veel inspiratie van het KZbin kanaal van Parisiennefarmgirl. Een Amerikaanse vrouw die van Franse antiek houd. Ook haar tuin video's zijn leuk om naar te kijken. Fijne dag vandaag.
