Thanks again for more variety in your meals. I miss eggs and can’t wait to try your eggless snackies. Your reminder that we can’t be where we want in a day was right on point. It’s easy to want to have a fitter body but forget it’s a process that takes time. ❤️

I made the tofu quiches today and they are fantastic! My hubby loves them too!!! Definitely a hit!!!

Yes!!! Totally agree with your message towards the end about your patience and creating the physique you want. You are spot on!! Just keep on keeping on. ❤ In my thirties I was in a similar place and it took “time” as well as consistency, but I was also sabotaging my progress with drinking alcohol and eating crappy on the weekends. Now 54 years old and 25kg overweight. You are doing a fabulous job!!! ❤❤❤

Yummy recipes! Can you use the miso paste to make a salted caramel flavor? Can your mum give us a recipe for the pizza crust? Great pep talk at the end as well💗💗🥦🥦

I've been using stevia since 2015, still have some but stoped using when I became wfpb in 2019 because it encourages sugar addiction and tricks you brain.

Ami has a video on making Butterbean Tofu…. It’s a few weeks ago I think (I’ll check for the exact title)… Found it!! It’s titled.. “So many high protein meals, for MAXIMUM weight loss”…. I hope that helps you some! 💕❤️

You can make tofu from lentils and also chickpea flour which is more a Burmese tofu

You can make mini quiches with chickpea flour made into a batter with plant milk, or water, instead of tofu.

Mary’s Test Kitchen on KZbin makes tofu from almost every bean/lentil/pea imaginable. From red lentils to green peas and everything in between. Well worth investigating those and so much more. Happy eating!

You're either eating too many calories, or there's an underlying issue that needs to be identified by a professional.

Great that you're loving the gym but not every one has that access, you can get fit at home. Encourage people to eat well and move is a better message.
