It was reported that Brock arrived in Miami the night before Wrestlemania. Not officially by WWE. But people spotted him arriving in Miami. So people were already expecting Lesnar to show up. It would have sucked hard if Lesnar didn't appear.

Oh man if you were there in the 90's your head would have exploded. The point of the crowd is to make noise. If they were to keep it quiet, there wouldn't be any point in having a live audience. Noise is the way for Vince to know if the fans are invested in a certain angle or certain wrestler. If it wasn't for chanting, good and bad, the Rock's iconic gimmick would have never been created. Besides, most of those kids probably have heard the word shit way before this.
