Jimmy Garoppolo never had the QBR that Brock does BIG difference

The list depends on the criteria. Is it years ago, last year, stats, playoffs and superbowls. Rodgers and Burrow didn't play last year. Herbert has done nothing. Stroud only has one year. Dak chokes in the playoffs. Purdy should be higher. Dobbs is a good qb. If Brock goes down Dobbs can handle it.
