Amazing - the story about Greg meeting Brock at the Wellington street race. A few years later (maybe 92) I was lucky enough to meet Murph in the exact same way at the Wellington street race. Murph came over to us and we got photos with him and he talked to us and was so nice to me and my brother. I've been a Murph fan ever since. One of the mechanics let us take home a used tire as well.

When I watch this interview, I just can't stop thinking how much more Brocky had to give to us all if he hadn't passed away shortly after this😢

So this would have been the direction Peter was heading I guess. He had a unique perspective that would have been very interesting to listen to.

Sad that they showed Murthy's first scared crash when he missed the tree's, it's sounded weird when Peter Brock was explaining it. As a Ford fan it was nice talking about airlines in the cutting?

At Sandown one trip late 90s I had a young block pitted alongside who grabbed Brock with a 1977 pic. He held 'court' sitting on the corner of my truck for probably 15min. As casual as this. Strange bloke at times but had the persona,,, and could drive a bit too! Like setting fastest lap on the last lap of Bathurst,, twice while waving to the crowd.

Hey Greg ! I remember only too well the huge line ups for Brock's autograph during all his 1997 farewell store appearances while you sat there like a stool pigeon, but here in Adelaide you had a constant companion in "Leach" who you gave that nickname to that stood beside you at all the Adelaide appearances, so at least you had one fan and weren't on your own. Ha Ha !!!PS. You're doing a great job in the media and really enjoying your work.

That was the best they should piss the V8 super cars off & go back to production cars that was true racing not the shit they have now

I've never seen this, until now, Truth is, racing is racing, I don't much care what happened between Murph n Ambrose, coz frankly, it was only a race. Bigger than that, for the teams, sure. But, compared to poverty, drought, farmers going broke. I know where Brocks energy would be
