What he is singing in Sanskrit is the 3rd verse of Soundarya Lahari (literally translates to 'verse of beauty'). The Soundarya Lahari was written by Saint Adi Shankara in praise of Mother Goddess Durga. The language is Sanskrit, and Aigiri Nandini is an entire Sanskrit Shloka hymn praising the devine Mother Goddess. Since a lot of today's generation (even in India) don't fully understand the language, hence the translation in English.
