@anandthethriller4362 Guess u completely missed the reason u were named Anand, it was a n expressionof how u made ur parentsfelt when u as a new born were in their hands for the first time, no one other than them know the struggles they were facing during those times but your advent gave them the peace and Happiness that they so badly needed at that moment, so much so that they transposed their feelings into a name for u, Anand. Similarly, a stotra can be recited, revered and reviewed in a billion ways depending on the situation a person (in this case a woman) would be facing. Just as ppm name their kids after God's so the best qualities some how come into those kids, a stotra can empower anyone who is desperately in need of guidance and strength and this stotra while praising Godess Durga also talks about the best qualities of her, which any and most women would want to imbibe to feel empowered. And thus it brings us back to the whole point that it's something that can give courage, strength and empowerment to a woman that needs it by telling her what a Godess would be like and would do to the evil in her life.
