I don't read other comments so it might been mentioned before but; I like the circular tee-pads because it doesn't incentivize a throwing direction, so it's more about your own line choice. And for me it also makes me brace close to the centre of the circle more often, so it gives me security in run-ups :)

Tee Pads! Circle teepads with a green tacky paint finish so that during coverage the pads can be used as disc advertisements (as a green screen). I’ve said this idea before, but it’s not a cheap or easy transition. That’s why I think we could get manufacturers to pay for the switch because they get advert money from my idea. And they could be half circles in the grass, to save concrete.

Old Man is a great course during the winter/fall...during the summer you have to compete with 30 people having a Quinceanera on half the baskets and using the baskets to hold their coolers lol

I love the circle tee pads. Mentally, I hate a rectangular tee pad that slightly askew or not square with the fairway. Circular tee pads take that aspect out of play, so in an ideal world,I’d love the see all courses with circle pads. (Obviously that’s a fantasy and not practical though)

I love the circle teepads. Allows you to basically be able perform your approach (run-up) however you want.

Round T-pads. More shot options and moving the baskets to new locations is no longer a problem with T-pad alignment.

Brodie is not lying when he says old man drains well. Went to DFW last February to golf and it was hit by an ice storm. Most courses I played where trashed but Old Man was fine. It was like nothing happened!

Cicle teepads are great. Lets you lign up your shot in any direction you want to start your line on, with equal distance to run up, in any direction. 😊

I feel like the not so great winter weather that keeps me inside is what keeps me ready to go when the season comes back around. Couped up all winter ready to go! Obviously you dont want to be completely stagnant though. Gotta get your putts and keep form in working condition.

I love the circle tee pads. But Birds Nest in Denver has the best tee pads. They are wide at the back and narrow at the front. That way you can run up at different angles, but you still have to throw from the intended spot. The front of the tee pad has a painted line and additional concrete past the line to catch the player's follow-through. The player throws from behind the line. The pads are very long and could look professional on a nicer course. They are also safe given they have room for follow through.

Circle pads are an awesome idea, especially if there's multiple lines. Public parks dont like them though because it's extra concrete and they can't use the teepad to 'point' toward the basket in lieu of signage. Maybe an hour glass shape is a better idea. 🤔
