Please dont feel like you have to keep all your occasion dresses just for special occasions. They are beautiful and they seemed to make you super confident when you tried them on. You look fantastic in all the clothes and wear what makes you happy either way. I wear only dresses and I now wear special dresses day to day and for work just to make me smile. I’m so with you and the way you feel at the moment. I used to walk into a shop, know exactly what would be good without trying it on etc. Now, I have no idea how to style anything and sizing is all over the place. I know my shape has changed a lot since my accident (I broke my back 5yrs ago) so I really am having trouble accepting how rubbish I look and feel. Watching your raw honesty is helping me get my head around it so, thank you Brogan. X

I think it’s great that you’re willing to show us the stand out dresses and also the ones that you don’t feel suit you anymore. Your body has changed over time but honestly you still look great! That green dress with the butterflies you wore the other day is a wow, and you suit the shape and the colour. Love seeing you in shorts and jumpsuits as well as I find it inspirational, as someone who wouldn’t be seen dead in a pair of shorts, but they look good on you! I must stop buying clothes thinking I will suit them or even get into them one day! Yes more videos. 👏

Your taste in dresses is impeccable! I loved watching this. I've gone up a dress size or two over the past couple of years and while I'm getting used to my new shape, saying goodbye to all the clothes that I wore on honeymoon and other special occasions was hard. But it's also an excuse to buy some beautiful new dresses to make new memories, so I think it's a positive thing overall :) You look amazing in all these dresses and it's inspired me to go out and shop for some more floaty dresses for summer, thank you x

Loved this! I know you’re not a fan of the strappy styles but I think you look amazing in it, never rule them out because you can always pair with a matching bolero to add your sleeves 😊 I’m a big fan of small cardigan/bolero/shrugs to just add that extra to a dress and feel a bit more covered on the arms x

Oh my god this resonates with me so much, I am now 39, have just been through cancer and cannot seem to stop gaining weight every winter, every summer I worry about how to dress my new body shape after the weight gain. Can I just say, the style of dress where it flows out over the waist like the one's you've bought that are new suit you so beautifully! - Just to add - the linen trousers from Next this year so SO comfy - elastic waist, perfect for travelling.

If you know something suits you, and those party dresses are esp fab, then don't feel you have to change, you can try out new colour/pattern to ring the changes! Also, if you're conscious in shorts/trousers, try an untucked swing shaped top, it's a very forgiving, graceful shape.

Hi Brogan. This was super entertaining. Love a good mooch through someone else’s wardrobe 😊. Don’t know if this might be helpful to you, but I did this about 5 years ago and realised I had a wardrobe full of the same dress in different colours 😂. Think you can probably relate! Since then I’ve made a conscious effort not to buy anything, unless I absolutely love it and I have nothing similar to it in my wardrobe in terms of style or colour or print. It’s really helped me to diversify and given me confidence to try something different. It’s also saved me money in as much as I probably spend more on a single item but I don’t buy in so much quantity wise. Anyway, thought I’d share 😊
