Early Sunday morning, I hiked a few hours in fresh snow and sub-zero celsius temperatures in the local mountains to see chamois, deer and elk. By late afternoon-and after a short side trip with Itchy Boots in Angola, Africa-I'm ready to ride the breathtaking landscapes you offer. It's incredible how easy travelling continent to continent is today. Thanks to guys like you, Brock. Great work! Great filming. To me it's movie maker quality. Hats off!

I’m really enjoying the series. Wondering if you could do a video at the end of the CDR about what you would do differently if you did it again?

Stoked to hear that you are enjoying these videos. The cdr is epic. Each state was unique and awesome. I wouldn’t change anything. Except maybe not get gas from that one place. Haha.

Hey. Thanks for joining the channel and experiencing this wild adventure. I use a high quality mic inside helmet and a dust cover with a dead cat over the top of that. That’s the secret. It works really well. Hope that helps.

Glad you got your fuel issue. Straightened out water and gas don't mix too good and with having fuel injection they are pretty touchy about what runs through them. I've got a 24 DR650 old style carburetor but I put a clear fuel filter on it so I can pretty much see what's running to that thing all the time. I wouldn't rather have fuel injection but they haven't changed it in 33 years. Why change it now? Great video Brock really enjoy all your series. Your ventures people you run into and watch out for those pitbulls out there. You'll probably see one of my pit bulls this summer. My GSD her name is Betty. You'll like her. Take care of my brother. See you on the trail. Peace out!

I am thinking I should add fuel filters to my bikes like you have done. Good idea Gotta watch out for those pit bulls. They everywhere. The motorcycle drama isn’t over. Keep watching. ;)
@bking44048 ай бұрын
Isn't drama sometimes part of the adventure while keep the good work up I'll be waiting for the next video with my Sunday morning cup of Joe and speaking of Joe d. Him and I are about the same age. He may be one year older than me so were the old farts out there on our DR's right away to ride. See you on the trail brother. Peace out

Really enjoying the series, Brock! This has probably been asked a thousand times but I haven't seen it.....what time of year did you make this ride and was it the best choice, weather wise? I ride a T7 and been trying to get to this one....planning to ship the bike from here on Kodiak Is to Az to access the same start you did. I'll go back and watch the whole series from stat to finish! Lord bless you both....ride safe!! Subbed.

Hey. Thanks for asking. I did that trip in August September And it was fantastic. Lemme know how your trip plans are going
@allenhuling5988 ай бұрын
Thanks for the response, much appreciated!! I was looking at September as I don't do heat very well (living in a moderately cool climate year around) and I have a friend to leave the bike with over winter, in central Washington. That's the current thumbnail sketch. Cheers!@@MotoMission.
@MotoMission.8 ай бұрын
Timing is important because it is at higher elevation. Snow comes quick. I didn’t have heat to deal with the entire trip because it was cooler in the mountains
