Thanks man. I remember thinking how much fun I was having. Strings were a bit tight. But sometimes I like that. Still had to loosen the truss Rod after. It’s a guitar I’ve had less than a year. And only put the action a little higher. Appreciate you watching!

@@sambekins lol. No. I learned a lot by playing to records. I started as a drummer as a toddler. Played in bands drumming. I was 11 when I played my 1st bar in a band. I started messing with guitar when I was about 15. Learned a lot by ear. Took a few drum lessons but not guitar. Played in a 3 guitar band about a year and a half after switching from drumming People always said I thought you played drums. I told them I played both but was trying to get good at guitar. I have helped people along with guitar over time. But never gave lessons for money. I think learning by ear These days I see instruction videos everywhere on here. I did harmonize with the other players in the 3 guitar band. And did a good amount of solos. I’d make up solos for some songs but did learn note for note in the ones people really want to hear note for note in. Here’s an old tape of the band I cut my teeth in on guitar. We did a lot of Skynyrd. Molly Hatchet Thin Lizzy. And so on. Thank you so very much for the nice compliment.! I’m sure you’ll be great guitar player if you keep just playing if there’s anything you ever need help with that I can do let me know. Take good care of yourself and thanks again. This was an Allman Brothers song that Molly had to covered. I do the second solo. I’ve been playing about a year and a half at that point I guess. Thank you again for such kind words. I don’t play in bands anymore. I just record songs by myself now. This was my first band really as a guitarist. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaKWdqakppiJhM0si=tmaj5QF42qcoHGRr

@@sambekins I really appreciate the comment ! Funny thing is I play music out of love for it. I never wanted to go any farther than clubs. Played my originals in clubs. Also was in Sabbath tribute bands. Actually 2 of them. Did acoustic shows with another player-vocalist. Played in about 5 bands before that. I actually wanted a family most in life. My parents weren’t there for me. Grew up on my own starting at a young age. Was at a 4 day rock festival in Puerto Rico when I just turned 11. My mom was dating a guy from there. I was alone. By that time I was already used to dealing with the world. Actually, the lack of parenting allowed me to go to many great concerts. I did this Van Halen by myself little bit ago Got the Wolfgang standard Koa four 400 new. My wife found it for me. Really good deal on that guitar. I have two Gibson SG’s. And the Stratocaster. Just got a tube head about six months back. Found myself missing my Marshall so I had to get the Stealth head. I did this as my tribute to Eddie. Saw him and 78. I just turned 17. They opened for Montrose and journey at the tower theater in Philadelphia where I live. Thanks again for all the kind words. I really really do appreciate it because I make music in hopes to try and make someone feel good. I should’ve mixed the vocals a little louder in this, but no great loss as I’m not the best singer in the world that’s for sure. Lol. Hope you enjoy it. I wanna share some stuff I used to do with another guitarist. I used to play drums for him, but we want to playing guitar together for years. He was awesome and we used to trade licks back-and-forth. kzbin.info/www/bejne/i5CZZaSJj7J4aKssi=3NdAdYQc3ftus33D

@@sambekins This was a guy I used to jam with. We play for days straight without sleep. Spent a lot of time trading guitar licks. I’d write and record backgrounds for us to play to like this one. I got a lot of stuff with him on my site. I don’t think he’s playing anymore. I haven’t talked to him in a long time either. Pretty wrapped up with my family and when I have time, I just record stuff. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZqsYaRrirZmbqcsi=9HrO60994koqmfLZ
