I used to use bondo and other fillers but now I just use resin with a UV flashlight and it works fantastic.

Thanks for the add on video. I’m trying to get better at this and appreciate seeing the prep work in more detail. Heading over to Broken Anvils site now to check them out.

As a fellow professional support remover the wear eye protection is the most important rule. Noone likes having cured resin structures in their eye ball hoping you don't scratch your cornea

Emery boards are nice but I like my metal needle files. They really can get into small areas and have different shapes, like rounded parts for sanding curved areas.

I like 3D Printing Pro's technique of mixing some of the resin with baby powder until it makes a paste. Then applying and curing it. I'm not sure if it's his technique but he did a video on it.

Here is something else to try that has worked for me to fill small pock marks: cover them with a tiny tiny drop of resin ( same type that was used for the print) and use a UV flashlight to cure...no waiting around for solvents to evaporate and the hardness of the fill material is the same! This works well for small seams too. You can apply the resin with a brush or even a toothpick for really tiny imperfections.
