Unless your getting paid big bucks or competing is your career, if someone has you, just tap. If you have been doing jitsu long, you know when your caught. The lasso slicer seems to be purple and below forgotten sub. Now hes out 3-6months training and life stuff,work etc.

This same move was done to me in training and I tapped a split second before my arm exploded like this dudes. Closest I’ve been to that bad of an injury and it’s because I wasn’t familiar with the move. It’s confusing because you’re distracted with thinking you’re winning by passing the guard.

@@Delta045_Eh cramps eventually pass, you can stretch out and back in a bunch to help that. Didn’t even snap my wrist when I ate shit off the bike, just cracked it across to the thumb. Next day I was dry heaving from the pain, never done that with a cramp
