BROKEN Cooldown Build In Outward Definitive Edition

Ever wanted to use Infinite skills in Outward? This build here is a take on the infinite cooldown character you can make. Wearing armor and utilizing skill trees to become extremely fast and throw bolts of elements across the screen. You will never need to be near an enemy if you take potions, and even if you don't, brace and sweep kick make sure you aren't near them for long. This is a build that will be a bit trickier to play sometimes, but man is it fun. So I hope you enjoy this beat you with a stick build.
Outward is an RPG/survival game that allows you take to make an almost infinite number of builds. Melee, magic, archery, and even traps are scattered across this harsh world in the form of skills. You must have a large amount of money to purchase these skills, but luckily the monsters drop extremely valuable items. The game has been harshly criticized for its realistic and challenging nature. I love Mage's builds, and thank you for the tip on the Runic Boots, I always struggled to decided for a good pair of boots to equip with the White Arcane Set, as the set doesn't have boots by itself.

Its always weird when you know a build is capable of something, but then you actually put it together and its much cooler than you originally thought. Cooldown does this to me every time.

Thanks for the info about rage affects the elemental discharge, I never knew that.

Enrage is just a must have status. It buffs the impact of everything you do and makes elemental discharge stager enemies from 20 feet away which is crazy.

- Could also use the Scholar Circlet for the helmet if you don't want to legacy anything - In the same vein the multiple Wolf chest armor's with Adrenaline enchant can also be used in place of the White arcane robes. * You'll be at 90% cooldown reduction with full stacks of probe, just using a single energizing potion or purpkin pie will bring this to 100%, so you can spam eg: mana wall or brace. * The Shadow Kazite light armor/shirt is another legacy option you could use in place of Arcane White Robes.

I recently found your channel getting back into this game, the learning curb was way too steep for me at the time. Now after 100% completion in Elden Ring I've taken up the journey again. I kinda have an idea for the 3 trees for my adventure, Hex, Ritualist, and sigils (mainly for the special abilities like frost kick, mana push, etc) do you have any tips for such a build? I love the chakram but I feel really stale with just the 3 skills they give us. Also a quick idea for a video that I myself am struggling to find anything on. Could you make like a top enchantments list? Like for just warriors or just mages. I find myself overwhelmed with deciding what I should add to my armor or weapons. It would help to have a general idea of what I should keep an eye out for or what I shouldn't waste my time with. Thanks my guy! You're my go to guy for everything outward. Keep them exotic builds coming!

I will look into some enchants for you as I already have some favorites. Glad you have joined the channel and I thank you for watching. I recommend Hex, Ritualist, and Mercenary. Hex and merc actually work really well together because one require you to run while the other helps your stamina while running. Also chakrams are a very skill based weapon. They only have three skills because once mastered each neutralizes any enemy with good range and high impact. However, until you figure out the best way to use each skill... its rough lol. (If you have not heard from one of my videos already, the economy enchant for antique plate armor is a game changer. Highly recommend at least one playthrough with it.)

@@SheenShots I'm actually trying your chakram of death build right now, it's taken some time but it's almost fully built. For some reason I feel like it takes forever to get enchants on gear. I just need to add the enchant for the boots and weapons then I can finally start my faction quest. Lol I will say I defeated rust lich with no enchantments and it trivialized the fight. My first attempt I wasn't sure what to expect so I died with him at half health. 2nd attempt he didn't even get his shield up a 3rd time and he was dead. With the current set up I do still find survivability difficult. Trying to match your builds defensive values but I can't seem to achieve that 30-40% resist to everything. Not sure what I missed but I'll check back with that video. Is your favourite build still the Chakram of Death? I find myself more and more invested in this game each day and I'm absolutely in love with it. I would love a sequel with up to 4 players or at least some mod support on console. this game feels just as if not better than Skyrim. They don't make co-op games like this anymore and all I wanna do is go on an epic adventure with my buddies. Personal opinion though, Mages have always seem like the "Easy Mode" to me. This game has humbled me in that regard and taught me otherwise, boy did I learn quick. Lol I'd like to attempt cosplay characters and builds inspired by the in game characters. I'd try the friendly immaculate first if I could. My man has came in clutch for everyone in enmerker. Except the holy mission guys. Lol

I'd like to try this but with different magic skills, like Cabal Hermit. Casting multiple wind sigils and Spark and Conjure over and over again seems good. Also did you get to use Infuse Mana with this build?

I did not use the infuse mana simply because it did not do Caldera. I have used it before and while it is very nice to have, its kind of pointless. You get it so late in the game and crafting spirit varnishes is so essential that I usually stash 40 or 50 or them for later anyway. But if you don't ever make them its the best imbue to have for sure.

hi, could you make a video one day doing the step by step that a noob in the game must do to complete the game? for example what he should do in the first city and when he is ready to go to the second and everything he can do in the second to go to the third city. I see your lives and when you play making builds you already know where each item in the game is, I only know how to make an ax with hyena bones and I never get any better weapons or better clothes, I never get much money either. Have you tried removing speedster skill tree and get a full set of wolf mage with enchantment to reduce the cooldown? I believe 80% percent is enough because of the casting animation. I did this way back before DE with Spellblade/philosopher/ Rune sage with internalize lexicon for healing and trap. I set up the skill as fire mage.

Ey sheen have you tried full dagger build? Patience + masterpiece weapon, increasing dagger damage by insane amount. Wind infuse increases dagger impact damage a lot too. Another thing I have in mind is Skooma's tip on bootleg code sonic, by increasing dodge range and reducing stamina cost.

Yes actually, I have a somewhat similar build called tarnished pirate. It does basically this but uses marble Morningstar and galvanic dagger to apply pain and confusion instantly. With wind infuse everything sits on the ground all the time and you kill stuff really quickly.

Hey I was curious about the end game faction I’m with the blue chamber in the quest “well earned rest” but it says I have a letter in berg to start the dlc am I being timed for this ? Or can I just start it at any given time ?

The letter in berg can be grabbed whenever you like. No timer will start until after you go all the way to Caldera for the story. I recommend grabbing it as soon as possible to not forget about it, or simply wait and not worry about it until you are ready to do it.

Yo sheen was wondering if you could do a video about the rare mats you get from the arena on the wiki it doesn’t say this but I got a Leyline Figment outside of the arena I’ve gotten other rare mats too one from the lighting blade dancer was wondering if you or anyone had any insight on this??

Ah, this was a minor patch after definitive edition came out that they barely announced. All unique mini bosses that do not respawn now drop an arena boss relic. Each is random so you might get a cool weapon really early from them or you might not. Oddly enough the three unique enemies in Enmerkar forest that were always there do not drop these. What's crazy about this is these enemies are not supposed to respawn ( not allowing you to farm these items) HOWEVER, there is a weird bug where the golden matriarch from the lightning cave in Chersonese will respawn. Some people have him die one and done, but I have killed him 7 plus times in one playthrough before. Sleep 7 days and you have a somewhat relic farm.

I accidentally spent my break out skill point on the kazite spellblade skill tree. Trying to find a build that would work well with or without it. I’m hoping to make a build that will work well with the rune mage skill tree till endgame.

You could easily go kazite spellblade, rune mage, and cabal Hermit. Any time you don't know what to take, cabal hermit is always a good one. Its the best overall tree in the game and offers simply more damage at the least.

Im going to buy the rest of the skills after I have a better idea of how I want to play the game. Im playing on console, and will eventually start playing it on pc again (need a new laptop for gaming).

The mercenary is not really that good for this build though...by using cabal hermit you get access to wind infuse (yeah has unique interaction with elemental discharge) and also give a little impact to your probes for extra safety besides that you get shamanic resonance for more damage and defense and a free ally to distract while you hit things continuously with discharge(makes you have to run less which means it's a good alternative to mercenary)

Sadly wind infuse is not a damage infusion. It is for impact and so does not add anything to the build. You will be forced to run other elemental infusions over it every time as all we are doing is spamming the ranged damage (Although could be really funny in coop for infinite impact). Cabal Hermit is the best skill tree in the game though so no harm running it really ever. Merc is easy to overlook as it lets you run away from all attacks in the game rather than dodging. Which lets you use almost no stamina and get further away to use discharge. Takes a sec to get used to, but the passives can be huge once you start relying on them.

I always favour pure damage with speed over CD reduction, but it looks like it works really well as you can constantly spam good attacks. Looks like a nice build. I feel compelled to share one of my favourite melee builds. You achieve 129% Physical damage bonus and 45% frost bonus in total. This means my Masterpiece Halberd hits for 117 damage Before you even infuse it with frost. After you infuse it, it's hitting for over 160 damage per swing. The fun part is, this also stack with ability multipliers, so you're 1.8x damage moonsplitter (which hits 25% harder thanks to the masterpiece) is multiplying the 160 damage total. It's a bit less if you end up using varnishes to target weaknesses but still works out great. Most common combo I use on bosses is Predator leap, moon swipe, feral strikes and then I hit with Splitter as they stand back up. Took over half of Calixa's health, killed the Highmonk and got the beast golem at around half. Then you just run around for a bit, find room for your single hits and normally you can just hit them one more time with Splitter to finish.

Unerring Read is something I used only once or twice. It lets you shoot off the discharge twice with no cooldown and this usually knocks back every enemy.

Scholar circlet grants when enchanted gives 15% skill cooldown and small mana regen. But... way less defense
