Broken Fuel door Toyota Sienna 2014

Will Toyota fix it for free? I think there is a lawsuit settlement on the sliding doors and the hinge

This question is for Toyota service. I shown simple fix. The real fix is to remove that fuel tank door, and install the new one, which will require special tool for installation of 2 new revets that hold hinges, then you gonna need a new (usually black), match the paint and repaint it. That kinda fix can easily come to 1k at Toyota service. I doubt that Toyota will issue ever recall for that, since it's not a safety issue. You need to ease up the stress created by spring, that I shown in my video.
