What do you do if your hand break is off and the rotor isn’t coming off?

Then there is a good chance that your brakes are jammed inside. Try to lift both rear wheels on your car using stands. Then try to turn the other wheel and see if the jammed disk is turning. If even slightly, there is a hole on the disk where you can align with the hand brake adjustment screw underneath the disk the screw has some teeth where you can loosen the hand brake useing an screw driver. It will mess up your hand brake and you need it to re adjust it again using the same screw later but definitely should help you taking the disk off. Good luck 👍
