Not to invalidate Nota’s poverty but I do agree with you Owamie, rich is very subjective and according to me, to him what he grew up in might have been poverty but to me, he had it way way better, he’s the epitome of a rich kid. I do believe he just refuses people invalidating his poverty because it doesn’t look like what their poverty looked like.

Like first of all, back then black people were super underprivileged and marginalised. Affording basic necessities such as food, clothing and shelter was a luxury. His parents afforded to take them to private schools, to live in Bryanston (which is still an affluent area and for the elites even now) going on vacations. He was very privileged and it’s okay to admit it yazi. He wants to be “underprivileged” so bad bathong😂💀😂

Owamie I commented on a guy's Facebook post on Monday about this. He said if you get married to a man raised by both parents, you are getting married to a man who knows how to provide than one raised by a single mother because he grew up witnessing his father do it. So I said, being raised by both parents is so overrated because a lot of people in those typa families grew up watching their mother do almost every thing while the father was only paying for his expensive car/s. So a lot of married men are hiding behind their wives and their wives are also covering them.

Nota reminded me that “ COMPARISON IS THE THEIF OF JOY. “ Imagine “ not liking a rich kid “ just because they have access to material things. Ghost still needed to WORK, just as much as Owamie did. They need the money for the next generation to come. It’s honestly not fair. Wealth is generational. Diana etc is getting paid by the GOVERNMENT to do the work. Tax payers money is flying the royal house all over the world. It’s not fair that just because someone’s dad worked enough to afford a lifestyle that he never had. Then he should be TAXED ONTOP OF THAT, build schools etc.. that’s not his job.
