@aaronrunk4209 I've seen that happen too many times and then the operator is all like "Why'd the cutter break off?" Uh, it's probably cus u were running it at 100% speed in an aggressive pattern that's going far too deep into the material. Idiot

If you had coolant on it could have made it through. Coolant is very important for running fast. Some tools only need air, but for cuts like this you have to make sure you’re using the proper endmill.
