What a superb employer. Hat goes off to how well prepared for New staff. My USA travels were such a contrast at times. 1400 miles away from our yard never knowing etc. Awesome company. Have stepped away from my 120hr weeks to operate a 930 fendt doing gentlemen hours. Would love to fire back over seas. 13 year's in a claas forage harvester has me keen to move into a combine for a season.

Love watch your videos and great to see you taking care of your staff.sorry about your issues with British rail and Anglian water.we got similar issues with pylons coming through farm in norfolk on Norwich to tilbury line.we get bullied and treated terribly by surveyors and National grid.I've got a court order against me for telling em all to piss off and can now do nothing.I'll keep fighting like I'm sure you will.
