So I was going to this this on my 04 rm 125 with the 04 to 08 bearing kit and the stock bolts don’t fit inside the wholes that the bearing provide

I have a rm 125 2008 and it doesen’t have the power it should have so do you know where the problem could be in? I did a full engine rebuild but it didn’t help. I think it might be something whit the powervalve but im not sure.
