Isn't it a little ironic that Yellowfang killed Brokenstar both times? Like, she killed him with the deathberries in Forest of Secrets, right? Then in The Last Hope, Yellowfang kills him like a proper warrior would in battle.

He died like this (if you didn't get it): Yellowfang(his mother) fed him death berries. You would think he would know what berries they were, right? Well, he was also blinded by Yellowfang. She wanted him to die so badly, the fact thats Brokenstar is her son. She gave him up because she was a medicine cat back then in ShadowClan. So, she fed him death berries cute Brokenstar didn't know they were death berries. So, thats how he died. THE END.

To me, the background music and the song itself fits pretty well with the speed paint. Yellowfang was my most favorite medicine cat, but Brokenstar, well, he could probably be my second favorite villian, I thought Scourge would be my top favorite villian out of all the Warriors series. But, really good speed paint though!

Gorgeous. You should do (SPOILERS FOR I THINK LAST BOOK OF NEW PROPHECY SET) Mudclaw's death, because it was such an epic and important moment in the books and isn't drawn or noticed that much, but it made me cry and hate Mudclaw yet feel really sad for him at the same time. He didn't deserve to die, but Hawkfrost would have killed him anyways.

You know, I feel bad for Yellowfang. She literally killed her SON, mind you. She is a medicine cat, who was a warrior, WHO HAD KITS. And her own son killed two kits to dispose of her for _some_ reason. Then ThunderClan took her in and she confessed her problems to Firepaw who SOMEHOW got to know everybody's secrets (duh, we need a story! i hear you say). Then she discovers Brokenstar killed Raggedstar, her mate and his father, then she had to kill HIM. She thought that it was horrible her two other kits died, but it was horrible Brokenstar lived! He was broken to pieces, as his name, and replaced to Brokentail instead of Brokenstar, spite still being a 'leader'. Then he died, so did Nightstar, and Tigerstar became leader and blah blah Leopardstar's Clan is taken over and BLAH BLAH Yellowfang died BLAH BLAH BLAH misery for everybody. Seriously though. I *_love_* this painting, and it made me make this long comment I took too long on to go back inside the story. Mmmm gotta love nostalgia.

+CcPlayz Simply set the layer to "Multiply" :) To make it easier, I make a new clipping layer above the colors (but beneath the lines!) and fill it in with white. Above that white layer, you stick the Multipy layer. ^^ And when you want to see your finished project, simply hide/delete the white layer. ^^

You know, Yellowfang broke the Warrior Code so many times, such as killing her son, having a mate and three kits (only Brokenkit survived) as a medicine cat, ect. etc., yet Thistleclaw was rejected and thrown into the Dark Forest because he was ambitious and never killed any cat or anything. Nice job Erins. :L Lol this is an awesome speedpaint! Nice job dude~!

+Lycangirl124 AJ If you read Crookedstar's Promise, you'll see exactly why he never went to StarClan. He might not have killed anyone (he nearly did, though, twice), but he turned his back on StarClan, insisted on going beyond the code, and trained to kill in the Dark Forest. So, while Yellowfang wasn't perfect, and made a mistake, she certainly didn't deserve the Dark Forest because she spent every waking moment regretting it and working to try and make things right. Besides, she killed a cat who was more trouble alive even when he was blind and broken. It all comes down to integrity, not actions, in the end. Oh, and thank you! ^^

He was my least favorite, because of how many kits he killed. I guess he thought it was good for the Clan, but all of the queens suffering because of him, that was terrible. Mapleshade was probably my favorite, because while she pretty much ruined Crookedstar's life, she taught him to be a great warrior. Sorry for such a late reply.

Ao Tora Ashfur was pretty terrible too he shouldn't be in Starclan he tried killing Lionblaze, Jaytheather and Hollyleaf and even his own leader just because Squirrelflight didn't choose him as a mate.

+bobble head (Aubz) Thanks! XD We tend to do it to symbolize their leadership. StarClan cats, when accepting a leader, touch the foreheads of the new Clan leader. Now, you don't have to add a star if you don't want to, I just like doing it. Plus, my style is less realism and more very distinct designs you can easily tell apart. Having a star makes that easier. ^^

In battle his mother blinded him (Yellowfang) and kept his prisoner in her den (I believe) she fed him death berries saying they would take the pain away, and since he was blind he didn't see they were death berries, and he ate them. WHile he was dying she revealed the truth to him.

Animaljammer &transformice Brokenstar wasn't even supposed to be born in the first place. Yellowfang was a medicine cat who had kits. Brokenstar killed many young cats, apprenticing them at 3-4 moons, and he was trying to take over the whole forest, so Yellowfang blinded him, then fed him deathberries so he couldn't do anymore damage.
