Peer educator, person living with HIV, Gniwali Ndangou, leading a focus group outdoors at a youth center CISJEU (she attended CISJEU upon learning of her HIV status as a teenager and now at 26 is a peer educator and community health worker.) Gniwali, an orphan, was born with HIV while her older sisters were HIV negative. Gniwali had suicidal thoughts at 17 and had no money and stopped school. This is when she was encouraged to go to CISJEU. She is now independent and is helping other young people navigate their health and staying healthy.
