I wish we had built up to it a bit slower from Broly, but it's fine. 1. Broly is a stupidly quick learner we saw that in the movie 2. Gohan Beast uses mortal ki. 3. Gogeta Blue, UI Goku, UE Vegeta all use divine ki Broly can't sense. For once, Broly could sense massaive berserk rage ki and feel how someone controlled it. The power of G and Vs Super Saiyan forms is so much lower than Broly's it doesnt help him much--something Frieza mentioned to Paragus in the movie about how training with Paragus was useless for Base Broly.

If they had been ready for Frieza and weren't well past their limits already, they might have been able to put up more of a fight. By the same logic, if you take LSSJ Broly with full control of his power, his inherent ability to grow stronger as he fights, and the boost he got from fighting Gogeta, and Frieza could have serious trouble even in his black form.

The best part of that is that in Super Saiyan Broly was evenly matched with Gohan's Beast form. Keep in mind this is the 'standard' power boost. Which means that if Broly develops new forms, he's gonna eclipse Gohan easily.

being in control or not, Broly still the Nemesis of the Gods.... he have 1 of the best powers in the franchise! hes own Power is limitless! he never stops, he dosent need to.... he can keep going and going and he never gets tired! thats what Broly power is! the more he fights the stronger he becomes! if people wants to win Broly in a fight! they need to do it fast before he builds up time to keep growing!

well hopefully just for design aesthetics, when Broly gets back up to his Super Saiyan Full Power/Legendary form, he still keeps the pupilless eyes. I mean that's his most iconic look. And as much as I love Kale, her regaining the pupils in her eyes when she controlled her Berserk form seem off to me. But thats just my take.

I mean it makes sense, gohan rn is still a fighter who relies on intense rage to ascend, goku and vegeta meanwhile are just mastering other forms.
