There are definitely a few things that I wish CJ hadn't left out, some of them are: 1) Broly singlehandedly destroyed 1/4th of the universe prior to the events shown in exhibit A, and would have destroyed another fourth of it if the Z-fighters had not stopped him in his first movie. 2) His legendary SSJ transformation literally tears his body apart (it starts with his face ripping up and then his entire body exploding). No other DBZ transformation is as painful as that (Maybe except the Janemba to Super Janemba transformation). 3) He has quite a few savage lines, such as: "is that another word for a coffin" when Goku asks him to give them a handicap, or "not until you lie dead at my feet" to Gohan in the Second movie. 4) The dude literally is asleep under a sheet of ice for almost a decade before he wakes up due to Goten crying triggering a PTSD flashback to when he was nearly murdered as a baby and Goku nearly killing him in the first movie. That kind of is also why he is stuck saying "Kakarot" for most of the second movie (PTSD flashbacks to the times he nearly died). 5) the LSSJ form is huge - he is around 9 feet 8 inches tall (not counting his hair) and his arms are absolutely massive as well (like around 1 to 2 feet wide) 6) in the video games, he hates Goku (and Vegeta) so much that he has memorized their scents and can even determine who is related to them via those people's scents as well. 7) His hatred for Goku is practically at the genetic level - even his clone (Bio Broly) hates Goku and his family while not having any memories regarding Goku or his family.

Yup. Broly is at least 4x to 8x times more powerful than Goku at SSJ grade 4 (Kamehameha has a 2.2x multiplier) - which puts him around 2x to 4x that of SSJ2 Gohan and Super Cell/Ultimate Cell. That is around the equivalent of a SSJ3 Goku if he were to appear in the Cell Sagas.
