@@michaeltran4275That’s what makes it restrained. It’s not his regular super Saiyan form, that one would be the one we see in Broly’s second movie where he fights Gohan. This one currently is typically referred to as his Restrained Super Saiyan form due to Paragus’ device like you mentioned. It’s also his most badass form, in my opinion. The hair color design is incredibly unique and goes well for his overall character design.

Well, it's nice to see them fixing one of the holes present in the character roster from all the way back in Xenoverse 1. Also, if only the other 2 DLCs weren't just a 1.5. version of characters and forms already in the game... Hopefully next time will be done better, and they will include actually missing forms and characters, instead of putting in things like "my Gogeta ssj blue but purple evil " OC, do not steal.

Vic Mignogna was better as this character! And those toxic people ruined it for him. And they still get to keep their jobs despite lying about him doing terrible things which he never did. Chris Sabat is the real sx pest creep. Stephanie Nadolny told us about how chris made advances towards her and she turned him down because she wasn't interested and then he set out to ruin her career and he kicked her out of her roles in Dragon Ball. And Tiffany was also removed from her role as Bulma by them and it was given to Monica… They pulled shady stuff with her as well.
