The tattooed / pierced officer is one man walking war, reminds me of my older brother (sadly not with us anymore), every question, every comment, every remark had to be met with a similar kind of defensive passive aggressive response . . . you'd ask him what time it was and his response would be something like _"Oh, so now you're an expert on time management are you"_ . . . or "can you pass me the scissors?" would be met with "Oh, going to teach us all how to cut paper are you?" . . . this officer reminded me so much of him, everything is a game of one-upmanship, everything needs to be met with a clever passive aggressive comment.

Koleeberks is a great auditor - with excellent legal knowledge, patience and politeness. A bunch of social misfits seemed to turn up here to antagonise the situation, some of them turned up twice. These people perhaps need basic social interaction skills. At one point I wondered if they were police constables or some tribute act, they certainly looked and acted unconvincingly. One unexpected star of the video was "Bill" ! Great video from Kolee - well done 🙂
