Looks great. Would be nice to see a frame that is about twice as tall then have an HDPE or metal floor that is even with the seats when folded down. Add a hinge up front to allow the top to open for under floor storage all while making the floor level.

Waitaminute, you essentially permanently covered what small bit of underfloor storage was there, and also took away a foot or two cubic feet - all of which are precious resources in a midsize SUV. 😞
