You trained them well. All skills that are useful to defense are showned in this video. I used to play Defense (or Right Defense), occasionally Right Wing. They have learned good skills from you, coach!

FYI kids, you don't go into a tight turn heels first, you go in toes first. The different is the amt of speed retained coming out of the turn.

i played some 'rep' hockey in midget, but these bantam kids are far superior to most triple a that i've seen in their combination of speed and stick handling. kinda hard to admit honestly haha
