Foreal I don’t think he does, he doesn’t even look like he has fun doing it. Even the interview I saw with his pops, he looked embarrassed. I don’t think his parents asked him what he actually wants to do with his life, Lebron seems to be the one calling the shots for him.

Dad did his boy dirty, just to satisfy his own ego. If it were my son, I'd have encouraged him to stay in school, could've been a solid player and maybe even play pro ball in Europe. I'd tell him to make his own lane, become his own man, and live *HIS* life, not mine.

@@Zett76fr. My cousin is almost 40 and became lost and still is cuz his pops (my aunts husband) kept pressuring him to get school done as early as possible since he was 16 and once he graduated high school he constantly reminded him of how the “clock is ticking” in how he should become an engineer so he wasted 14 years trying to finish college wasting thousands of dollars at a SUNY he never came close to completing til this day, but kept caving under the pressure. Hes a manager at a Best Buy I think somewhere in NY right now but I think if his dad didn’t push him so hard he would’ve had a much smoother time with school and actually finished and became something better than working at Best Buy.

You don't have to be an NBA exec to see that Bronny is in way over his head. From all reports he sounds like a great young man, but that isn't enough to be able to compete at this level.

I’m not a fan of Lebron and his antics at all. I’m genuinely concerned about Bronny’s mental health these days. He knows he’s overmatched, we know he’s overmatched. He’s not a bad player, his game just doesn’t translate to the NBA (right now, anyway). I just want more people to remind themselves that he’s just 20 years old and to a degree, still a kid. He didnt ask for this, this is all his dad’s doing. Like i said before, i hope he’s in a good mental state.

This entire situation is ABSURD….LeBron forced this situation for his own ego and to supposedly boost his legacy….but it’s backfiring because Bronny is not even good enough to star in the G league…Bronny’s hands are also on the small side, he has no handle and doesn’t even look interested in playing. I hope Bronny follows his heart and does something else in life and lives happy. He doesn’t need to play basketball…..he just wants to please his dad….

He was over hyped even in HS and never put up eye popping numbers then, his one year in college was even more mediocre so this shouldn't surprise anyone... He simply lacks the intangibles it seems to play at a high level.. I mean the kid is clanking FT's at this point...

Rusty!! My guy!! I just happened upon this channel and you best believe I'm subscribed and will be watching from here on out! Production quality is great and I'm not surprised. And I know you know your stuff when it comes to hoop, coach! For me personally, I haven't been a fan of how the self-proclaimed "King" has moved since "the bump" on Spo. You never disrespect your coach like that. All the passive-aggressiveness toward his teammates like Kevin Love, never taking accountability but taking all the credit, paying talking heads to push the LeNarrative that he's the GOAT, always complaining about how he needs more help when he gets the most help of any superstar, getting Darvin Ham fired and hiring JJ Rhetoric... the list goes on and on. The fact that he got the Lakers to draft Bronny and give him a guaranteed 4-yr contract as the 55th pick, and stole a spot from another deserving young baller just rubs me the wrong way. Bronny seems like a good kid, but he doesn't belong in the NBA, not even the G League in my opinion. I think if Bronny had his way, he'd be a video gamer and make great money doing it. I don't believe LeBron did this for his son, either He did it for himself and his LeLegacy... a calculated move as something he was able to do that MJ wasn't able to. LeBalco, LeBiogenesis, LeFlop, LeCheatedTheGame, LeNarcissist can NEVER be the GOAT !!! Shoutout to you and your podcastmates , Coach B! Keep up the good work! -Fred

honestly, in the big picture, this really isn’t about Bronny. this whole situation moreso diminishes LeBron from being in the goat conversation, to essentially the grand spectacle of turning his “brand” into a joke. Any man wishing bad upon this young man is a waste of air as far as I’m concerned. That said it’s a bad situation set up for failure. Realistically, best case scenario, if he were to stay in college for four years to develop, he possibly could turn into a role player. With enough work and patience it may be possible even if far fetched. Problem is that others don’t get that opportunity. Will be given unrealistic standards and their entire career opportunity will hang on it. Sucks no matter what but I will always prefer to rock with those that put the work in regardless of opportunity.

In what universe is it generating a lot of money? Nobody is going to Lakers games to watch Bronny, I doubt he's selling much gear, and like all pro sports teams the real money comes from TV contracts, which are negotiated years in advance and remain stable until the next round contract talks.
