Bronx cab passenger bails from backseat, then bullets start flying: Caught on Camera | NBC New York

The New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers is offering a reward to find the passenger who opened fire at a livery cab driver in the Bronx in a terrifying attack caught on camera. Police said the passenger and driver got into an argument, and the passenger soon bailed out of the cab - then bullets start flying. NBC New York's Jessica Cunnington reports.

The shiesty or ski mask is worn for 2 reasons, extreme cold weather- That We Don’t see in The BX- and Gang Culture so they aren’t ID’ed as they commit crimes. Passenger was picked up that was "dispatched through their base". So it wasn't an app based ride like Lyft and Uber. Glad the passenger didn't decide to shoot him inside the car.
