I deliberately patina'd mine, and then polished the edges. It makes for a very nice contrast and looks "well worn". The Quartz also makes it really practical as a daily.

Fantastic looking watch, G&G, every collection should have a balance of M & Q....this definitely ticks all the boxes for me....looking forward to seeing how this one ages....still room for a V2....excellent review as always

Good review 👍 . I like these less expensive quartz San Martins. You get a Swiss made five jewel movement, beautiful case, dial and hand finishing for a reasonable price.I recently bought their dress style sn0101 and it is a stunning watch.

I have the other dial variant and what I really like is how perfect that quartz movement hits the small dial markers. Negatives are that the flieger shape is kind of bland for a dress watch.
