For me most likely same as you, but the logic my tiny brain has come up with is that he might have somehow had a clone or something that was an entity trying to kill me. So I wouldn’t 100% trust him until I asked the stereotypical question of something only he would know.

Honestly that first fail was exactly why I've been excited to watch you play this! We don't know your gaming skills, just that you're the backrooms *knowledge* expert. I was really hoping you'd be average at playing to see how much if at all being a lore expert could carry someone through gameplay mistakes in this game! Edit- also fun trick I learned watching speedruns, you can skip the balance portion by holding q, facing left, and spamming the shit out of e to dash across the whole part 😂

Tip for next time; me and my friends use a technique to save stamina for running longer. It's called Bunny Hopping, so you jump and let go off the sprint button when you're in the air. Lengthens running quite a bit, almost infinitely if you get good at it. Hope this helps!
