But I do understand your point. There's no copyright stamp on imagery or symbolism (except for corporate logos). I love this video. I cant stop watching it. The lighting and cinematography is really amazing! She draws you in with all of the beauty in the beginning. I love her as the sexy angel. I see a Madonna reference in the queen look. In the bad romance scene I rather see Lady Gaga represented as the dark creature in the background and the lifeless lady gaga 'esqe figure in the foreground is what the general public buys in to. The rah rah monster shit that everyone ate up. I see Miley in the scene with short hair as well. It's like she is deliberately referencing these certain looks. Trying to show that the industry is made to look a certain way. Then she completely breaks away. Showing real people, not glamorised idols, people that are really not afraid to be unique. Imaging that would make most 'normal' people cringe. The black fagmob bags over the head are like a fuck you to the industry. Saying that they do not want to be influenced but rather be original.
