Very nice vlog!👍🏻👏🏻 I love the way you explain the workouts calmly, detailed and not too rushed. I had a lot of coaches who had just done that wrong and so I had done the exercises wrong in the beginning. Also the Naked Training has changed so much for me because of the detailed explanations! I had problems with my shoulder for a long time because I always seemed to do the exercises wrong, but with the naked training, the pain almost disappeared. I know I write this so often, but it's just the way it is, stay exactly as you are and don't change because you are just perfect!😍❤️ You really are an inspiration!💯

This was just a perfect video. You took the time to explain the ins and outs of what each move you are doing were and proceeded to tell us why and how it benefits you in doing so. I have seen so many videos and been with countless trainers and none really do what you do here. Thanks for the instructions and information you can never know how invaluable it is to someone like myself. As an old fat guy I have lots of little things wrong. So when I see stuff like this, that I can try, to help me get better at my workouts or just in general I love it. It's been hard on my body as I have gotten older. Now, finally working on my own fitness goals, I hit walls now I didn't when I was just 10 years younger. Whether it's my shoulder pain, my hernia or the pain in my knee I always seem to have to work around it. I have learned how better to do so and mange the pains as well. Having lost over 130 lbs in the past year I have learned so much just in diet and exercise that I never knew. Just a small thank you from me to you is all I can really offer but know this, you have helped to change the mindset of how I look at my fitness and that is something I can never forget. Thank you and keep up the great work.
