I constantly get frustrated with not being where I want to be, and hearing everyones doubts about my ability to come back. Hearing you be so honest about this kind of stuff really helps! I seriously cannot wait to watch you compete!!! Also, I have a possibly torn labrum and I haven’t been able to snatch for a good 5-6 months without really bad pain. How do you deal with injuries and prevent them from holding you back while trying to improve your performance? I’ve had a lot of people tell me to stop using my shoulder completely but I just feel like there’s got to be another way to get better while also rehabbing. Really big fan! Thanks for being so inspiring to me!

Hey Brooke, congrats on the effort at regionals...you'll smash it next year. Can you touch on your shoulder recovery as it progresses? We have some friends at our gym that are dinged up that have done alot of work to try and recover with limited succes. Wondering if theres more ideas you may have. Thanks!

Good luck at regionals! You've worked hard and inspired us all. Time to enjoy your hard work. Subluxed shoulder sucks. I did mine in wrestling back in the day. stay positive and keep the surrounding muscles strong and stretched. Also I'm not sure why you have clips on during bench (7:22). Not the easiest to bail on a lift.
