i used to walk arounf there when I was 9...i';m still alive . There was a Wetson's hamburgers on PENN and i think cozine..if not it was 2 1/2 blocks south pf Penn and Flatlands Ave, I don't remember any ladies out at night...times have changed lol

Trucks aren’t allowed on parkways. They thrive over there because it’s industrial and there aren’t enough wealthy tax payers that live within the district to complain. They would make more $ in Greenpoint Williamsburg or Maspeth but the surrounding residents won’t let that shit fly
