It's sad that death occurs but we can look forward to the resurrection. The thing is...when someone dies, they don't go to Heaven or hell. They are in the grave, awaiting the first resurrection (THE GOOD ONE) or the second resurrection (THE BAD ONE). (See 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation chapter 19; 1 Corinthians 15:15-58).
